Depends how old you want it to look - if you want it look like an old photograph, you need some creases in it. If you want a a 70's look - in Photoshop (or whatever you use) create a layer and copy one photo>: turn to black and white 2. Create another layer and paste the original color photo - set opacity to 70-80% on the color photo and adjust the saturation (lower it).

Cheap and works: Print a 4x6 and then bend it, make it look old and then scan it in..or photograph it.

I don't think that the frame helps to make look old...and if you want - just do a sepia tone and keep the quality high or experiment.

One thing - the subject and the background doesn't have anything real modern (skyscraper) so you picked a good photo to try to age.
